I addition to brow threading, clients can also book our face threading service for a cleaner, smoother, brighter appearence with long-lasting results. Cancellation Policy
TRAVEL FEES A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments thats applied toward the total service cost. Mobile services are available throughout Matthews, Mint Hill, Stallings, Indian Trail, and South Charlotte. Travel fees may apply outside the standard 10 mile radius. CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit. Clients who wish to reschedule must provide at least 24 hours' notice. One complimentary reschedule is permitted at the service providers's discretion. LATE ARRIVALS A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to appear without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments in full. REQUIREMENTS Clients must provide a clean, safe, well-lit area for services to be performed. For safety and scheduling purposes, an assistant or driver may accompany the service provider during mobile appointments. PAYMENT Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal ($2 fee), payment methods are accepted. You may also request an invoice. DAY OF APPOINTMENT Please check your email for confirmations and I strongly recommend a courtesy call or text the morning of, to fully accommodate your private session. If you don't see it in your primary inbox, check your promotions or spam tab. *By booking an appointment, clients agree to these policies.
