Storage- Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain its shape when not in use. When storing for extended periods or if traveling, cover your wig with a plastic cap, silk or satin scarf to protect it from dust. Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, and excessive heat to prevent fading and deterioration.
Maintenance Tips
If you want to take down the pre-styled unit, detangle gently after each wear. Moisturize the hair with lightweight products as needed. Trim split ends occasionally to maintain a healthy appearance. Deep condition periodically to restore softness and shine. After curled, flat ironed, or blow dried, always use a heat protectant before applying heat. Avoid excessive heat to help preserve the hair's quality.
Things to Avoid
Sleeping in your wig, Swimming while wearing your wig, using heavy oils or greasy products, using excessive heat, pulling or brushing aggressively.
Storage
Store on a wig stand or mannequin when not in use. Cover with a satin bag or dust cover for long-term storage. Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Maintenance Tips
Detangle after each wear. Use synthetic wig detangling spray when needed. Rotate between wigs if worn daily to increase longevity. Refresh styles with steam only if appropriate for your wig type. Keep styling tools under 250 degrees.
Use shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for synthetic wigs. Wash in cool or lukewarm water. Do not rub, twist, or wring the fibers. Pat dry gently with a towel. Gently detangle using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Begin at the ends and work your way upwards. Avoid excessive brushing, especially on curly styles.
Things to Avoid
High heat on non-heat-safe fibers. Fabric softener or household cleaning products. Heavy oils, grease, or alcohol-based products. Sleeping or showering while wearing your wig. Pulling, stretching, or aggressively brushing the fibers.

Processing Time
All wigs are Made-to-Order. Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks (14 business days) for your wig to be handcrafted, customized, and thoroughly inspected before it is shipped.
This timeline begins once your order is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping
After your wig has been processed, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier but are separate from the 2-week processing period.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's progress until it arrives at your door.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
