Do Not Sleep In Your Wig- Sleeping in your unit can cause unnecessary friction, tangling, matting, frizz, and damage to the styling and hair type.
Place it on a wig stand or mannequin head when it's not being worn. This helps maintain its shape and allows the hair to remain properly positioned.
Keep it in a room temperature or cool, dry area and avoid placing heavy objects on top of the wig. Do not leave wig crumpled inside a bag for extended periods.
Please remember: Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, excessive heat, sleeping in wig, swimming, chemical exposure, and improper handling can affect the appearance and longevity of your unit and are not considered manufacturing defects.

At Shantes Epilation, we take great care in crafting and delivering your handmade wigs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and a smooth delivery process.
Processing Time
All wigs are Made-to-Order. Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks (14 business days) for your wig to be handcrafted, customized, and thoroughly inspected before it is shipped.
This timeline begins once your order is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping
After your wig has been processed, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier but are separate from the 2-week processing period.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's progress until it arrives at your door.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Important Information
Processing begins once your payment has been successfully received. Because each wig is handmade specifically for you, processing times cannot be rushed unless a rush service is offered.

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will gladly assist you in locating your package, we are not responsible for carrier delays, caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
